The voices in my head

This project was created for my Visual Language class. We looked at Ted talks and the structure of the stories and their emotional impact. I decided to illustrate Eleanor Longden's talk which dealt with her experiences with Schizophrenia. I hope I was able to do justice and convey these experiences in a respectful way. I think visualizing these stories not only helps them travel further, but also sparks empathy and understanding between people (especially in regards to a topic as important and misunderstood as mental health).
